TK Enrollment starts Friday, February 24 at Noon. Please go to www.plavan.fvsd.us / parent tab / new student enrollment. TK Students must turn 5 between September 2, 2018 and April 2, 2019 in order to be considered age eligible for FVSD's TK Program. Note: Other districts may have different birthdate ranges than FVSD.

Please attend our TK/Kindergarten Round-Up Informational Meeting on Thursday, February 23rd at 1:30 pm at Plavan. You will have an opportunity to meet the teachers, Principal and gain valuable information on enrollment, before/after school care, the health office, and more!

Hello Parents of Students wishing to attend Plavan as a new student in Grades 1-5. If your student is TK (Transitional Kindergarten) or K (Kindergarten) Eligible, please refer to those News Articles on our website for specific information.

For registration for a student entering grades 1-5 for school year 2023/2024 who is not currently attending Plavan, please refer to the instructions below.

Monday, February 13 is Lincoln's Birthday - NO SCHOOL
Monday, February 20 is President's Day - NO SCHOOL

We also have Spring Parent Conferences February 15-17 so we will have early dismissal all three days at 12:48 p.m. for all students. Not all students will need a conference. Your child's teacher will reach out if a conference is needed.

Students that attend Plavan on an Inter-District Transfer (reside in an area outside of Fountain Valley School District) it is time to renew your transfer. Transfers must be renewed each year. Some school district's start as early as January 9th. Please check with your home district on their timeline and apply as soon as possible, but no later than April 30, 2023. Those renewals received after that day may be waitlisted. Thank you!
