Welcome

Hello.  My name is Kim Kha.  I have been teaching first grade (the best grade) at Plavan since 2011.  I earned a bachelor’s degree in medical sociology at Mount Saint Mary’s College and completed my multiple subject teaching credential at California State University Long Beach.  I was teacher of the year in 2015.  The best moments of my job are when my students’ eyes sparkle with understanding.  When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, dog and traveling with my husband.
