Required FVSD Aeries Parent Portal Student Data Confirmation Opens Monday, 8/4 @ 8 AM
Good afternoon FVSD Families,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!
Every year, parents of students in ALL grade levels TK-8, even if you recently enrolled, are required to complete Student Data Confirmation through the AERIES parent portal. This required step ensures that school sites have accurate and up-to-date information for our FVSD students. You will not be able to view your student's teacher assignment on August 25th @ 4pm if you have not completed this step.
To complete Student Data Confirmation, please log into your AERIES parent portal via https://fountainvalley.aeries.
1. For parents new to FVSD, a new parent portal account is auto-generated based on the information provided during the Online Enrollment. You will receive an email from AERIES asking you to activate your new account.
2. For existing parent portal accounts with new students joining, your new students will automatically be linked to your existing accounts. For example, you have an existing 4th grade student and a sibling is joining this year in Kindergarten, AERIES will link these students to the existing account.
3. If your AERIES Parent Portal account is not automatically created, or if you are unable to see your new students linked, please reach out to the school office on August 14th and share the following information with the office staff:
- Provide an email address for each parent or contact who should have a parent portal account.
- Ensure that the "Allow Portal Access" option is enabled for that contact.
