5TH GRADE PROMOTION

Dear 5th Grade PlavanParents/Guardians,

Congratulations! You and your 5^th grade student have successfully reached thefinish line to their Plavan School career. To celebrate this accomplishment, wewould like to invite up to four guests to our 5^th Grade  Promotion Ceremony which will be held in person at the Lunch Benches on Tuesday, June 11th at 8:45am.

In order to accommodate guests and maximize safety, we request each family to remember the following:

∙ Arrive for promotion no earlier than 8:30 am. You can park and remain in your vehicles after drop off or return at 8:30 am once the Main Lot Gate opens for extra parking. Please avoid waiting by the drop off gate before 8:30 am to accommodate for morning drop off.

∙ Enter using the Main LotEntrance Gate which will open at exactly 8:30 am. ESP entrance will be locked.

∙ At entry, please presentyour entry ticket to a staff member in exchange for a visitor sticker. 4 entrytickets will be issued to each 5th grade student by their homeroom teacher.  Please look for them in the MondayEnvelopes.

Here is the schedule forthe event:

8:30 am – Main LotParking Gate Opens

8:45 am – PromotionCeremony Begins

9:40 am – Pictures &Social time (Please avoid sharing food with other students – safety &allergies)

9:50 am – End ofPromotion Ceremony

At the conclusion,please exit the event safely by no later than 10:00 am to accommodate nutritionand recess times for all grade levels.
