Hello 5th Grade Parents,
Your 5th grade Plavan student is scheduled to attend the Irvine Ranch Outdoor Science camp in Orange on Monday, April 21 - Wednesday, April 23, 2025. As shared previously, the next steps are: 1. Register with the camp, and 2. Make your recommended donation.
1. REGISTER
Completed registration, including online permission and waiver forms, from Irvine Ranch Outdoor Science camp is required for your student to attend camp. Please complete the online permission and waiver forms at the link below by Friday, March 21.

2. DONATE
The suggested, voluntary donation that we ask of parents/guardians to fund this trip is $450 per student, however any amount that you can contribute is much appreciated.
Please make your donation of $450, or any amount that you’re able to contribute, by Friday, March 21. Our GOAL is to reach 80% registration & donation goal by this Date!

We want every 5th grade student who desires to attend this enriching experience be able to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. If you are unable to donate the recommended amount and would like to inquire about a scholarship, please contact Plavan’s front office.
If you have already registered and donated, please disregard this message.
Note: In case the event is canceled, or donations do not meet the goal, the amount raised will be used for alternative activities or field trips for our current 5th grade students.
